MBD BAD COLLECTORS
I had an IZWE LOAN which was sold to MBD so i paid and was under debt review and still pay R153. The amount i have paid and the interest added is equal in other words i will pay forever. Nobody give me a breakdown of any thing when asked - they only send harassing sms's and when i stopped paying last month now they are going to proceed with legal action. Wonderful. I want to see the magistrate anyway on this matter as the interest added still makes it double what i origanally loaned from IZWE. they dont adhere to in duplim rules and they dont keep the credit act in consideration. Think i am going to report them to the debt collectors association.
