MBD

I keep getting calls on a daily basis from MBD claiming that I owe them money, this has been a daily thing for a very long time. I have forwarded them all the documentation on my side and contacted them to ensure that this matter is resolved however they keep saying their queries department needs to update and this has not happened to date. I have also contacted them via WhatsApp, and they kept me waiting to close to an hour without a response. I kept on getting prompts that the matter was escalated to a consultant that never came back to me. The calls are really tedious, I tried on my end, but these people are not responsive, and this is really frustrating.
