MBD Attorneys - worse than loan sharks.

I'm so disappointed by the poor service given by their call centre, pathetic to say the list - it's almost like they spitting on your face.

Arrangements were made to pay an account and settle it with an amount of R626 by the 30th Dec, of which I transfered the amount and reached them late. Had to pay interest of which i payed. To my supprise there was another unknown interest that their call centre said was never paid, and that if I pay this amount my account will be closed,and a paid letter will he sent. Fustrated enough, I asked the consultant are you sure this is the last payment as I'm tired of their harasment - He said yes, I asked to speak to his supervisor CAROL trying to understand why so much incompetence and clients undermined, she never came to the phone but asked the consultant to me she in a meeting and could hear her saying that - no respect for her job.

An easy payment was sent, and I payed and amount of R210 from the R209 they said it was interest they missed. Long story short, I'm still harassed even today, now I'm told there is interest of R18 that needs to be paid. I've never in my life been in such a horrific experience, its a night mare - such gross incompetence, rudeness and pathetic service I feels like someone is spitting on my face. They *****ing my money and they have no shame about it, even if I pay this R18 something again will creep up. I'm beyond words to describe such.
