MBD Attorney's_very *****!!

Rita at MBD Attorney's called me to my direct line at my place of work to ask me my name, after which I confirmed my name. She then asked my date of birth. When I asked what this is in relation to and why she needs my date of birth, as I do not know this Company and how did she even get my direct line... her response was, ''this is a legal matter, and I need to verify it is really 'you' that I am speaking to''. First of all, SHE called me to my direct line. I did not call her. Why would I give out any personal information to a company who I do not know, especially if I do not know what the query is even about... and why would I give any personal information to a person who is calling from a place that sounds like a call center buzzing in the background! If this is a legal matter, send me a legal letter on a company letter head.
