MBD Attorneys - Utter Utter Incompetence

I have to date sent over 40 emails and notifications to this entity to resolve the pending harrasment and now a bad credit rating due to MBD not responding to my proof of payments for an edgars account more than a year ago. I have complaint on hello peter last month only for the response to be they are investigating. I have bank proof of the payments and still no luck. Short of smoke signals I get daily harassing phonecalls. Incompetence on a new level or is it true that MBD make money on every call they log to a customer and never resolve the issue to make money. Makes one think
