MBD Attorneys - unprofessional, not capable, unwilling

What an unprofessional, unwilling, unable bunch of collectors. They are simply unable to send me statements and settlement offers on my Fochini and Standard Bank accounts. I have to send multiple emails to the whole of MBD before one person replies. I made a one payment, to one bank account, and am asking them to split the payment and allocate to my two accounts. According to Anton Malebe it is impossible. It is the same bank account for both , so why can you not do it? You can not try to be a debt collector, but you can not even send a simple statement when requested. It is as easy as save to pdf and email. This is not the first time I am having this frustration with MBD.
