MBD Attorneys, Threatening by SMS

I am very concerned that FNB makes use of your firm as you are just as helpless as them. I have been trying more than a year to sell my two vehicles for one affordable vehicle (Just lost one of them). This has been one endless struggle with FNB. I have requested my banker to assist with a consolidated amount for my outstanding balance on my Cheque and Credit Card Account and also instructed him to close my Cheque account to avoid any additional charges, which he also haven't done.

I have explained to your consultant(s) what the situation is and they also do not care. I find it odd that a client of FNB saw problems coming, approached the bank first to try and save on what is going to happen, which is now happening and to assist both parties and the bank purely refused to assist and then hands me over.

Your calls are very annoying and giving the fact that during lockdown, I am working from home and that Vodacom reception is in general bad in the area I reside in and cannot take calls due to the poor reception.

I have now been receiving threatening SMS's from your firm stating that, "Don't want to speak to us? Then pay R87629.26 on your FNB acc to avoid further action! Call MBD on ***. Ref: ******xx95" I will most definitely not entertain this and will be laying a charge against your firm for the threat.

I would suggest that any company that is dealing with this type of business to first investigate what the situation is before approaching a person who have been trying to negotiate with the bank.

Kindly contact RMB Private Bank and request for the communication history before threatening people!
