MBD Attorneys : Thebogo

I am very and highly disgusted at the way Thebogo from MBD Attorneys treats customers, I fully understand that there is a process which needs to be followed, the way she speaks to me is very condescending and unpleasant, she does not listen to my questions nor she let's me finish my sentences, it seems that when customers phone in we are bothering her so she just gives the se answer over and over so that we can just hang up and not cause woek for her. I have been trieng to find out how long will it take for them to remove my name and update my details since I have settled my account in full and also I have bewn requesting a paid up letter from MBD for fwo weeks now in which Thebogo responds was I have to hang in there I am in the queue, in which I have responded to that if I have beem calling for two weeka now shouldn't I have moved up the queue ny now? Please take this matyer urgently as I will also be taking tjis matter further.
