MBD ATTORNEYS TERRIBLE SERVICE

This company is absolutely terrible! They call you 20 times a day with rude agents. The switch board people keep transferring calls when they hear who you are. It's been 6 months that I am waiting for information on my balance which reflected on a statement sent to me yet it doesn't correspond to the balance on their system. People who aren't doing their jobs are never in, always on lunch and don't ever take calls. Yet my money is paid every month without a complaint. This company has absolutely poor service.
