Mbd Attorneys terrible and unfair

Mbd are such a bunch of *******. I was given a settlement amount and when I paid it I was told that I had to pay it via debit order. What is the difference because in the end you received money in your account whether it's via eft or debit order. Know they are telling me I have forfeited my settlement discount. I was provided a settlement with four days grace to make payment, Mbd failed to mention that the grace period included the weekend and the discount is forfeited now. To make matters worse it is very difficult to make contact with the correct agent as the email address is not accepting emails.😡😡😡
