mbd attorneys service sucks, i need my paid up letter

good day my name is linoi cherval,i have a problem with my husbands vodacom line, i was handed over to mbd attorneys and i ended up paying his account up.but now im struggling to get my husband account reconnected.the service is bad man,i have been running up and down.they saying vodacom must give me my paid up letter and they have to reconnect my line. but vodocaom says mbd had to send the letter, so that we can reconnect the line.please im very disappointed in there service, mbd attorneys the connected number of the line is ***.
