MBD Attorneys_Service SUCK

I have called MBD Attorneys and emailed them numerous times. They are quick to chase for payments but never provide statements. I am still waiting for a statement since September 2019. I would like to settle my balance but it seems like I have been paying for nothing. I was blacklisted by MBD Attorneys and I requested a settlement letter to pay off the account. My credit score does not even get updated. Yet, I have been paying and could have been done, had I know how much I still owe. All of them insist they are sending it shortly but I never receive anything. And they confirm the email address over the phone, but nothing gets done. I am fearing that I have been paying for over a year but the balance owed remains the same. I won't be paying anything towards the account unless this account has been successfully handed over and no interests is being charged to the account anymore.
