I have been trying to reach the customer service departmentfor over 2 weeks now to get a paid up letter for my Capitec account. I phone everyday and after holding for 25 minutes for next available consultant I end the call, I also send numerous emails to the consultant that contacted me when they needed me to pay and no reply. Rather not pay at all because they are *********** and do not care after they received payment. I am also going to reverse my payment and then we will see
