MBD Attorneys - rude and unhelpful

So subsequent to my ****py dealings with Old Mutual, i was told that my account is handed over to MDB Attorneys for collections. I then called MDB attorneys this morning on ***. EVEN WORSE!! They have told me the account is closed and that a supervisor will call me... I then asked to please hold and then I got told the upservisor is not available !!!!! CAN SOMEONE ONE PLEASE CONTACT ME so that i can get this matter resolved. This is the worst customer service ever!!!!
