MBD Attorneys Pathetic service

I must say I am shocked with the pathetic level of customer service that I have received from MBD attorneys. Once again MBD calls me and this bonehead on the other end sits and laughs speaking to her friend in some African language while she is busy with client, then she just cut the call. This after they called me and said I must stay on the line. It’s sad to see a “professional” company who is supposed to have “professional” people and give “professional service” do this. If your consultants are too lazy, ***********, stupid and useless to do their work, replace them. Some things never change. No wonder MBD has such a poor reputation on HelloPeter, twitter, facebook to name a few. MBD is well known for their pathetic service. Discovery I’m shocked that you allow this. I have made my arrangements with discovery bank, and I will stick to that. I will not take calls from these *********** fools from MBD no longer. This is not the first or the second time this happens. Every second week this happens. MBD can email me if they want to talk to me. I have called discovery to make my arrangements. I will not put up with this harassment anymore.
