MBD Attorneys not reliable and trustworthy

I had a standard bank credit card account that was handed over to them for collection. in my discussion with the consultant i decided to settle the account after they told me they negotiated a settlement offer for me. My account was paid in full at the 25th July 2020. I call MBD on daily basis for the settlement letter and they take me from pillar to post. even today i still d don't have the settlement letter from them and i don't know what would be the way forward for me.

How would you investigate the matter when you don't even bother to request my information to identify who iam?
