MBD Attorneys - Mickey mouse attorney firm

This seems like a micky mouse Attorney firm, de*****ing their customers. I requested settlement letters for both my accounts in Dec 2019, to date, not received. Their consultants called me last friday 28 Aug, wanting to know when I can settle the account. I requested settlement letters, I assured them I would settle in full within an hour. I was promised the letters would be sent to me within 24hrs. It's the 31 August and still havent received letters. In my opinion, their co consultants are dishonest, stating that the customer qualifies for x percent discount, pay x amount please by this date and account will be closed. But the settlement figure is never put on paper and sent to the customer. Either **********, ******** people, or just plain down pathetic service. I have no clue. In the mean time I'm trying to clear my name on the credit bureau because of these accounts and am unable to do so. MBD Attorneys, definitely Mickey mouse.
