MBD ATTORNEYS HARRASMENT

I have had a permanent disability claim in with iua insurance since last year February 2019, I have requested mbd attorneys on more than one occasion to send through the statement of account to iua which was never done. I have been harassed on a daily basis. A lady by the name of Isabel sent me a what'sapp saying hello I said who is this. She said to me it's Isabel from mbd attorneys I just want to confirm if you are going to pay the installment you promised. I went off at her and said I had not promised anything. She never answered. Then mbd attorneys phoned again I begged them please I really need that statement of account I was promised they will email it. It never came. I then got a sms stating that they are expecting the full settlement in 7 days as promised. I phoned them back and said I have not promised nothing it's a disability claim they called the lady who dealt with me to the phone she tried to tell me that I promised the settlement. I told her that they need to go back on the recorded calls. She then said OK i will send the statement of account which I got immediately which I then sent to iua insurance. Today I get another phone call from mbd attorneys requesting payment. There tactics are totally ********* and I am not to sure who I can go to with it. It has even gone as far as been racial..
