MBD Attorneys. Harassment of consumers.

For the past 3 days I have been receiving phone calls from a woman at MBD attorneys looking for a person called Charl. My name is Carl, but people call me Calla. The more I keep telling this ******** person that they have the wrong person, the more arrogant and persistent she becomes. The date of birth differs some 5 years from mine and I have never had dealings with the institution concerned. The last call was this morning at 7h15. I am a member of the legal fraternity and thus not oblivious to the workings of call centers. But to harras a person, who is clearly not their target, is totally unacceptable. Should I fail to receive any response and or apology from them and these calls persists, I will most certainly seek legal recourse and report them to the law society. This kind of conduct is totally unacceptable.
