MBD ATTORNEYS - HARASSMENT AND UNFAIR PRACTICE
Not happy with MBD Attorneys at all. I made a payment arrangement and I have kept by it for the past couple of months but for what? They charged me a ridiculous amount of R1000.89 and R279.00 per month! My original debt owed to Capitec has tripled in less than a year?? How is this even legal or possible? I owe Capitec and not MBD, I never agreed that Capitec should "sell"my debt to a firm with mickey mouse call centre staff. Not to mention I am being harassed on my phone, day and night. What can a person do? I am going to be seeking legal advise and assistance.
