mbd attorneys giving me a tough time

this guys are doing their work but my concern is that they are always phoning me on behalf of direct axis .i always explain to them that i am paying my accounts through max laws but they will phone for me again looking for the same information what also worries me is that they always says i must confirm my id numbers or date of birth .as per the popia act i am refusing .please help me to talk to the people to stop phoning me for the same issue
