MBD attorneys failure to issue settlement letter and update credit profile

Two of my Standard Bank credit cards were handed over to MBD attorneys for recovery. I managed to pay off one of the credit cards over 2 years ago, and settled the 2nd one over a month ago. MBD has failed to furnish me with a settlement letter for both accounts. Worse, both accounts remain reflecting arrears in my credit profile including the one settled over 2 years ago. These credit cards, though settled, still reflects negatively on my credit profile. I have repeatedly called their call center and have received no joy to this day! the service is so poor. This is the very same company that would call on a daily basis to request and remind me of due payments. Now it's their turn to play their part and have failed dismally! Standard Bank on the other hand is repeatedly referring back to their *********** service provider MBD. Somebody please help me!
