MBD Attorneys - Disgust is a nice word!

MBD is just disgusting; must be the worst in South Africa. We have just come through 15 months of myself earning no salary due to COVID and only relying on my wife's income. Our credit rating was always excellent, and in order to ensure that all debts at least get paid something each month, we opted for a third-party distribution plan (this was NOT debt review). Each month payments have been directed to all accounts without fail. MBD have latched onto an account (Sanlam loan) and despite payments being made and proof thereof being sent...they harass my wife daily at her work with phone calls and sms's!! She can lose her job if she keeps taking private calls, but this does not bother MBD or seem to click in their minds that if this happens, there can be no payments further. My wife had a call today and the 'consultant' told my wife to "shut-up and keep quite, he is talking now". She is close to an emotional breakdown as they continue to daily bombard her with these rude calls, despite the fact that payments are being made to the main account. Shame on you MBD - you disgust me.
