MBD Attorneys
I had 2 accounts at MBD,One account is paid up and for months I try to resolve the issues When I get hold off someone to assist me they can't help me and give me different numbers to contact, others drop the phone, and others don't have a clue what is going on.MBD customer care service and operator's is useless and clueless.The service is very pathetic and poor and can't assist any one.

03 Dec 2025, 06:57I was so angry yesterday I forgot to mention that one account is paid up but for four months the debit order still go of.No body can't assist me regarding this matter and MBD has nothing on the system but they keep on deduct the money. How's that possible.

The complaint officer LEBOGANG MABITSELA can't take my calls and ask him to call me back but keep on ignoring me.Wow MBD that's the way to treat customers.i even send him a snap shot from a message from MBD collecting the money from a debit order. Mbd is pathetic and unprofessional. LEBOGANG MABITSELA you better reply to my e mails.
