MBD Attorneys Customer Service

MDB...Quick to call when they want the money. Terrible at following up on their part when the entire debt is paid. I called last week monday to get a confirmation letter and I was told i'd have it before the day is over. Tuesday i called again and they the same guy who attended to my call said i should check my mails because he did send it....to no surprise the letter still wasnt there. I then called, this time more upset than the last and they said I'd get it friday. when they failed to deliver (again) i called in and I was told to call customer service. did i not call a number that just rings and rings to no avail. you're holding my life up. your service has been trash and the lies and excuses are the worst
