I have been phoning this people for two weeks and no help. my edgars account was handed over to them. they say i never made arrangements and thats why my interest fee towards a amount of R10207.00 that was handed over to them have a interest fee of R4189.49. they refuse to send me a detail statement so that i can see where this interest is coming from. and how did i get the account number that I've been using since may 2018 and they get my eft payments direct. my first payment to them was R200 because at the time that was the arrangement that i could've affort. Now they telling me my payments only showing since december 2018 and that was when my account was moved to them. where is my months since may. i need them to phone me because the people i am getting through to cant assist me. ***. account ***. and they have a total of 4750 but according to me it suppose to be R6200.00. i am trying my best to get out of this debt but they just *****ing my money.
