MBD ATTORNEYS - *********

MBD dont know what the NCA means or have consulted with the NCR. I have an arrangement in place with them and have kept to my arrangement and paid the amount specified. They then have the audacity to send a sheriff of the court to my place to serve me a judgement. THEY CANNOT institute a judgement for as long as a payment arrangement is in place and has been kept up. I feel like these Attorneys are indeed a **** as many people say they are. They dont seem to know how to handle accounts.
