Good day

I have serious issues with the above attorneys. I was handed over by Absa to MBD.

I was contacted in March that I owe R3,000.00, I then settled 1,500 on the 19/03/2019 and arranged monthly premiums of R538.31 for 3 months which totals up to R1,614.93.

I called again end of June 2019 to receive proof that it's settled, but I was told that I still owe an additional R1,500.00.

I then requested that they forward me a statement of how much I owe exactly because it irritated me that they only telling because I am contacting them, of which they did.

The total amount the statement was R4,614.93 meaning I still had R1500.00 to pay back to them , and I agreed to pay it in 4 months (July - October 2019)

I call again today now they tell me it's R4,900.00 and not R4,614.93

How can they give a balance that speaks different to the statement they sent to me, I refuse to be ********** by these attorneys.

I need your assistance to resolve this and for them to send me a letter that it has been settled.
