MBD Attorneys- Atrocious

I was retrenched in July 2021 as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic, I duly app**** for the retrenchment benefits on my RCS accounts, there are however resulting balances as the benefit only covers six months instalments. The matter was then handed over to MBD Attorneys. This company is atrocious, unprofessional, does not conform to the NCR regulations, as they call you at 7:00am on some mornings, send emails and sms’s on evenings over weekends and on public holidays are extremely rude, lack empathy and most importantly totally ignore your emails.
