MBD 'Attorneys' are a joke

Awful telephone manner and zero etiquette. Will harass you 10 times a day with the same question and query. Zero knowledge of the legal collections process. Lies about sending correspondence to you. Yet keeps calling to ask when you will pay. I can't believe Standard Bank would use such a sorry excuse for an attorney's office. Sounds ***** when you talk to them. When you try to call back on the 73 different numbers they call from there is an automated message that the number is not available. Bad line so you can't hear anything. No record of your conversation with your creditor.
