MBD attorneys and Woolworths

Woolworths handed me over to MBD attorneys after I made an agreement to pay my account off and they accepted the agreement. I never missed a payment or did a late payment. According to woolworths it is standard procedure to hand over clients who made an agreement!!! Well done woolworths it is real client care. MBD attorneys is harassing me with threatening phone calls and sms's all hours of the day almost everyday. Despite the fact that I have emailed MBD several times all my payments up to date, keeping to my agreement for more than a year, this is sad that consumers are still treated as *********.
