MBD attorneys and Standard Bank

I am struggling with MBD attorneys for 4 years to get a Paid Up letter as I need it urgently to stop my Debt review process. They have been contacted numerous times by me as well as client services at Standard Bank to send me this letter but there is just no response from them. Also, Standard Bank, Gezina Branch in Pretoria refuse to put pressure on them. They are just asking so nicely and nothing is happening. How terrible the service of this MBD attorneys who represent Standard Bank. $ years and still nothing!!!!!
