MBD attorneys (Agent Tshepiso should be fired)
A call agent by the name of Tshepiso is rude and obnoxious and clearly gets a fill out of harrassing clients - The craziest part is on True Caller the incoming number is stipulated as harassments MBD.
Tshepiso should be fired as she is the exact opposite of the face of the company , she is not professional and just confirms who you are and says you must pay the money today without stipulating the amount or anything.
I am disgraced by the service MBD has to offer through this individual she should be removed from the business or taken off the phones.
I can at least say a very big thank you to Natasha for being friendly and professional as well as informative over the phone with me. (Great Job Natasha)

I would like feedback as I am in the service area myself for a financial institution, if i spoke to a client like that I would be kicked out the door.
