They worlds most harassing group! they call from 06h30 in the morning and until after 8pm! And with incorrect information. I have sent proof of my balance which I obtained from standard bank personal lending to MBD attorneys and I requested for settlement balance.

but MBD insists on their version of the incorrect balance. I am tired of this incompetence.

I am extremely upset at the service received from Standard Bank South africa with regards to an outstanding amount on my overdraft facility. I am trying my best to get a correct balance on the account and with my trying to interact with SBSA i have been advised by the bank that my account has been handed over to Attorneys and i should liase with the attorney's and not the bank directly. As far as i am aware, i am a Standard Bank client and surely i can have a discussion with my Bank on my account balances.

I find it quite unacceptable that while i a trying to find out what i owe the Bank the attorneys are giving me a figure that i feel is highly inflated and need to find out why the amount is such and why i am not allowed to deal with my Bank. As a client i feel i am not being offered customer service at all from SBSA.
