MBD ATTORNEYS - A TREE FULL OF ******S HAS MORE BRAINS

Unfortunately there is no zero score here, because brainless and ********** is what this firm is.

I had to go under debt review two years ago, my employer haven't given us any salary increases for over 2 years, and the cost of living simply forced me into a corner. I receive statements regarding the repayments monthly, so I could keep track of progress, at the slow rate it is going, but at least I knew that my debt is taken care of and that I am protected by a court order.

Well, apparently not. I started receiving calls from MBD Attorneys during November 2019, regarding a bought account. The person who assisted me with my debt review application, ensured that all bases are covered, that no debt was not being paid off, except for rent and Eskom, which is a monthly payment I make. Despite telling them to ****** off, they persisted, threatening me with legal action and that the sheriff of the court will attach my property if I don't respond (they will have to talk to my wife regarding taking anything - I own nothing except the clothes on my back and a car, which is covered under debt review). Two days ago, I receive a brand new sms, with a NEW account that was bought by them!! I immediately contacted the legal team at the debt review company, who then submitted a letter to MBD Attorneys, telling them to back off, and that the accounts were bought *******ly. They were instructed to cease their activities, as this will go back to court and to the ombudsman if they don't.

Guess what? I have been harassed the past two days regarding these accounts by these brainless f@cking *****s to no end. I have just instructed the legal team to go ahead and get these idiots in court, not sure what they will do to the lot, but enough is enough. I have read the numerous accounts of these fidiots not doing their jobs correctly, and then they don't even respond here.
