I have a debit order for the 25th of each month. They debit my account on the 23rd of each month. Phone them and ask why they change the debit order date. Now answer. Ask to change the date to the 1ste of each month. No, you are not allowed. This is not acceptable. I only receive my salary on 25th or each month.
