Good morning

My name isTiisetso Ditshego and I have a problem with MBD , there’s an account that I am paying through MBD but my issue is that they keep on tracking my account from the 24th of every month when the agreed debit date is the 26th of every month until I have settled the account . So now this has been a big issue because should my account be over drawn from the 24th they will track it until the 26th when their debit order goes off successfully. This leaves me to pay off banking fees of an unsuccessful date that is due on the 26th, I have called them to make them aware of this issue but they still continue to show me the middle finger.

These guys are bad bad bad service providers .
