MBD Attorneys

I was blacklisted by MBD Attorneys and i requested a settlement letter to pay off the account. The account was paid off the first of Nov 2019 and i spoke to them them the whole month just to get the settlement letter and i was told they still allocating payments. I decided to go Vodacom direct and gave them the proof of settlement and within two days i got the paid up letter. But what made more angry is they still debited my account after sending the proof of payment about 5 times. And i went to my bank and i showed them i have this people off. I stopped the debit order and yesterday i phoned them again i told them i have settled you off they responded by seeing they still allocating the money. I told i does not take the whole month and half to do allocations. Their accounts department phoned me this morning saying they did not get money. I was very upset as i spoke to them the whole month of Nov and i send them proof of settlements so many times but they very quick to phone and tell me that i did not pay. I find very unprofessional and disrespectful for consumers!
