MBD Attorney - Transaction Capital Recoveries (BAD SERVICE).

I have an account that has been handed over to this company. I have contacted them to make arrangement to pay the money back, in monthly instalments. At the end of the phone conversation with the first agent (as there are more that I talked to thereafter even) I agreed to a certain amount each month and then I requested to be sent a Letter of Agreement, the agent said they will do it. A couple of days pass and nothing.

I make contact once again, make another arrangement for another amount (higher) for the same account. When done, I request a Letter of Arrangement, was told they will send it through and days pass and still nothing.

I eventually send an e-mail to them, Lindiwe Ndlovu responds and requests Mareece Dalton to may assist me. I send through my details with my explanation, she totally doesn't respond to my communication, Lindiwe also send a communication enquiring whether I have been assisted and still nothing from Mareece.

I don't know what it takes to get a Letter of Agreement - whether one needs to slaughter a goat to the MBD ancestors, but this form of service is totally unacceptable.
