. MBD ATTORNEY MIS DIRECTION AND MIS LEEDING BEHAVIOR

On Monday 16 Jan 2023 AR 7:30am I recieved a call from a number in cape Town when I answered she said she was calling from MBD INC ATTORNEY and would like to speak to my wife, as I don't just give my wife's details out I asked what it was about, she then asked who I was again she phoned me so befor I say who I am I would like to know what it is about, after asking a few times who I was and refusing to tell me what it was about SHE put the phone down.

Later that morning I decided to phone the cape Town number that contacted me and find out by anyone who is not a idiot what this was about.

When I phones the cape Town number I got through to a completely diffrent person and was informed they all work from home. I explained to her what happened with the first call, as a idiot I am she asked me for my ID and I gave it to her, however when entering it she knew exactly who I was and informed me the they a debit collector but were looking for me not my wife for unclaimed benifits.

She then sent a email to another department and carbon copied me asking them to contact me. I turn I started investigating and looked up this MBD Attorneys aswell as getting hold of liberty life to find out what this is all about.

Liberty told me that I don't have any unclaimed benifits. I then contacted the numbers on MBD web site and to my amaze you can not get through to any office regardless if you phone thier site number or thier numbers on thier emails, I will always get through to a consultant working fr hom and never get to speak to a manager or supervisor, however I was provided with a email address of a Manager, while waiting for a manager to contact me was phoned again by these people this time I gave the requested information to find out that these people are looking to speak to my wife about a ABSA account that my wife has that is being paid every month without fail and accordance to the arranged payment agreement made with absa, so now I'm thinking these ******** MBD attorneys you should be careful as they use mis direction and miss lead you to locate people they looking for and it seems they looking for people who pay thier accounts.

In the course of today after sending my email I have RECIEVE 10 to 15 calls from these people all regarding a up to date account and yet no call or email from the management, no contact tell numbers for management and no way on actually speaking to thier offices.
