Mbd attorney is so unprofessional

I have been handed over to mbd regarding my truworths account, couldn't find them for months and when I did they gave me details on how to pay my account and told me they would send me my clearance letter after 48hrs its already been more than a week and when I call them to find out if my payment has reflected no one is answering the phone or any communication from them whatsoever its so boring and I want my clearance letter these people are so unprofessional yeses
