MBD Attempts to Collect on Prescribed Debt and not updating Experian and Compuscan Credit Bureax

I have a prescribed Capitec debt that I am failing to remove from my Credit profile. I have disputed this matter with Experian and the ruling was in my favour. The matter was temporarily removed but later re-instated. I called Experian and it was removed again. This has been going on and on since last year. Now I recently learned that MBD has not been updating my Compuscan credit profile as well. I have been calling them endlessly without success.

Please help.
