MBD are USELESS and DODGE

I am keen to know what constitutes harassment and can I start charging MBD for all the phone calls and emails I have to send to tell them that they are contacting, or in fact HARASSING me for no reason at all??!!

They are contacting me and sending emails for accounts that have been settled and closed months ago... I have had to make numerous calls to the bank asking what is going on and even they are perplexed.

This is costing me time and money and I will be sending MBD an invoice for this if this does not STOP IMMEDIATELY. if they checked their emails, records or with the bank, they would know they are incorrectly harassing me! I suspect they are charging their client for all this communication which is theft if the matter is closed.
