MBD are useless

I was handed over for an account I thought was paid up years ago. Every month I make payment without fail. EVERY SINGLE DAY THEY SMS ME, either thanking me for payment, or closer to pay day, they sms informing me that payment hasnt been made yet. I have called 4 times asking them to please stop smsing me every day (as I know they charge me for this) and then they call every 3rd day as well. They refuse to stop harassing me, I have spoken to other lawyers that have advised me that it is my right to privacy and to not be harrassed, and they are breaking that right, as I have requested it and they are blatantly ignoring me yet are still billing me for it. They refuse to give me a breakdown of my account as well. I will not stand for this.
