MBD ARE TOTAL ******

I called in December 2024 to settle all my debt with MBD. I was given one massive account to settle which I did. I ran a credit check and now I have another account with them totaling R2547. I argued and asked if they had this acc since 2021 why was I not informed when I called for settlement figures? As far as I am concerned this account is prescribed. I tried to fight this but they gave me a third party number and I was told to speak to them. They told me that I need to speak to MBD with regards to the acc being prescribed. But MBD is telling me I must speak to them. You guys are total ******.
