MBD are ****s
I have been paying my monthly instalments on time to MBD but my account was updated as 'in arrears' . I send POPs to them every month. This is negatively affecting my credit score. They keep harassing me very month about payment when I have mentioned over and over again for them to note that I will do EFTs on the 26th of every month and send POPs. Don't they keep records?. They are also can't send transactions report upon requests. I have requested this multiple times but no feedback. have decided to take this up with the Credit Bureau because they are ****s!!!!

Nothing have been done to resolve my query and nobody from MBD has contacted me ever since regarding my query. No phone call or email has been received. I have been calling numerous numbers of times as well!
I want my query resolved not swept under the rug like you guys are doing!
