MBD are harassers with no regard.

I have written a report and filed a complaint on this, but because they are attorneys within the debt collection space, they will not act on it.

I have acknowledged debt, which I have communicated on making payment arrangement, but they will still treat you very inhumane.

I had spoken to one of the agents there, Tumelp, who called me on ***, and I highlight the number as I believe each agent has different numbers, and had made the payment arrangement. However, I still received a call from a lady, on the number ***, and I know it is a lady as when I previously wrote a review, I had written it on her and how I was spoken to when I made the first arrangement.

This lady spoke over me, said that I was lying, and when I had pointed out that they have called me many times and when I tried to point out the many times I have been called and when I answer, nobody speaks or even when they do speak, the call just drops because they have bad network, she said I was lying. She also threatened to prosecute me for lying when I said I can provide evidence.

I previously wrote an email where there was no response nor acknowledgement of the email. I have even had calls from them after business hours which I may have missed and when I try to return the call, they say they are closed.

These attorneys and debt collectors believe that because you may have debt, you have no right or regard as a human being. They will harass you even though you may have spoken to them repeating you acknowledgement, repeat the arrangement and mention when the arrangement was made. They have no regard for your opinion and are chasing money with no regard for human beings.

I have also raised the complaint with ABSA, and they have also failed to revert back to me.
