MBD are ****** and harrassers

MBD is a total ****!

Last week (12 Dec. 19) i called to ask how much i was owing Standard Bank as i used to have a credit card with them, and i was told that i owe R5600 (rounded off to the nearest 10) I then requested a statement again (for the umpteenth time) for them to send it to me as i want to pay off the debt. Again, i was told that they have requested my statement and i will receive the next morning.

I waited.

so today (20 Dec. 19) I called again asking for the statement and i was told that i owe R8625. I asked Ntombi, the consultant how did my balance jump over R3000?!

Her responce was that i havent been paying when i have been paying R300 (Mind you, the R300 that i have been paying didnt bring my balance but it only made it rise so some reason they fail to explain)

Where can i report them?
