MBD Annoying *********** agents

This company along with Cell C are the most inadequate, *********** bunch of people. Everyday yiu have to explain the same thing to a different employee and they continue to call you over and over again. I have explained numerous times my CellC account is paid to to date and have emailed them all the relevant documents and they still continue to call. Don't you have a system where you update information with comments. So ANNOYING!!!
