MBD and Vodacom

Okay let me try and resolve this via Hellopeter because sending emails doesn't help because I don't get any response back. Also phoning doesn't help

I started receiving calls at work saying I owe Vodacom money..... Which is very strange and let me explain why......

Vodacom was on a debit order on my bank account(Same account I am still using today) According to my knowledge my accounts was paid up and the debit orders stopped. Luckily I still have my bank statements from 2015 as proof. My number went over on pay as you go.

So number one why did Vodacom not debit my account if I owed them anything and secondly why did they not contact me in 6 year? Absolutely nothing from Vodacom. They have my cell number and email......

REF: No reference needed as calls are recorded. I explained my story and told her my accounts was fully paid and done.

I asked for copies of the agreement and the breakdown of the debt your claiming I owe. I want a detailed statement. She said I will receive my detailed statement in 7 working days.

Over and above the emails I started getting SMSed as well with the same story I owe Vodacom. I DON'T OWE THEM ANYTHING.

I phoned again this week following up on the statement requested and the answer I got was that reference doesn't exist

My ITC is clean.

and every email I get the amount you claim I owe increases???? Even though I did explain my story and I am still waiting on the documents promised?
